Vintage Marlboro Cowboy Boot Metal Lighter

During the 1980s and 1990s, Marlboro ran a series of promotional campaigns built around the American West and the 'Marlboro Man' — boots, saddles, belt buckles and rugged metal accessories that could be redeemed through cigarette points. Pieces like this cowboy boot lighter case came out of that era, when tobacco brands were producing surprisingly well-made, collectible merchandise rather than simple throwaway promos.

The boot design leans heavily into the Marlboro Country identity — embossed scrollwork, raised branding and a sculpted western silhouette that mirrors classic cowboy boot styling. These were never mass retail items in the traditional sense; most were obtained through mail-in offers or promotional programs, which is why they've become collectible pieces of history.
